Barre classes are inspired by the ballet and incorporate a ballet barre, but there is so much more to it than just plies and pirouettes. Barre is an energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, Pilates, and yoga that will tone, define and chisel your physique. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as balls, lightweights, and resistance bands to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.
Despite the fact that this class is low impact and great for beginners, you will feel truly worked after each satisfyingly exhausting class. Your muscles will feel stretched, strengthened, and invigorated. And you don’t even need any dance experience!
Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Bootcamp, Strength, and Mercy classes will keep you constantly moving and never bored! Intense, dynamic, functional fitness including strength training combined with metabolic conditioning- ranging from squats, lunges + push-ups to core work + ballistic movements.
All of the movements in these classes have scaling options so everyone is welcome, supported, and encouraged to join us.
Buti Yoga is a group fitness format that blends yoga, plyometrics, and dance for a total body burn and stretch. The name Buti is derived from an Indian Marathi word which means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.”
More than static stretches and poses, Buti classes are fun, high-energy workouts that feel more like dancing, connecting, and releasing than work. Sweat along to the pulsing beat of the music while reconnecting with your body.
The movements will challenge your body along all planes of motion, resulting in long, lean muscle and curves. You will leave class feeling the Buti bliss- fierce, refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the world! If you have never taken a Buti class, please arrive a few minutes early so we can explain some movements you will see in the class and ensure that you have a fun experience in this fast paced class format!
