I want JTB Wellness to feel like the place for you. There is no certain way you should look, dress, or feel when you are here. Our goal is to provide high quality, effective, safe, non-judgmental, detail-oriented services to every soul who enters this sacred healing space. We place a high emphasis on respecting each other and our clients while keeping open minds and open hearts, raising the vibration for the whole community. I began JTB Wellness as a small massage practice in 2012. I saw many common aches and pains- particularly in the neck, back, hips and feet. I wanted to give my clients more tools to empower them to feel better for longer. I began hosting small yoga classes in my studio- moving all of the furniture and massage equipment into the hallway for each class. In June of 2016, I relocated to the Bernat Mill, where you can find us today. We haven’t stopped growing since.
Our mission is to bring health and well being to you as a radiant manifestation of balance in body, mind and spirit. Our therapies provide nourishment for you as a whole. You are perfect. We are here to remind you how to find that in yourself. Check out one of our many yoga, barre and other group fitness classes, schedule a private yoga session or customized massage, or inquire about our nutrition program at our studio in Uxbridge, MA.
