Below you’ll find the policies and etiquette that assist us in delivering an experience that will be the highlight of your day. We’re so glad that you are here!

Don’t forget to check out our FAQs page

Payment & Gratuity

  • A credit card is required for booking all appointments, however, you may choose to pay with another method upon checkout. If you do not wish to provide your credit card, we require payment in full — or a gift card number — prior to booking your service.
  • Text us at 508-779-6643 if you need assistance with online booking before you put your credit card information in!
  • We greatly appreciate your payment in cash or check.
  • Leaving a tip is not required although it is appreciated. Our service providers are exceptional, so we know you want to tip them! Please bring cash or scan their Venmo code (available on site) to get them their tips directly.
  • Memberships and class passes are not transferable.
  • Intro offers are for new clients only. Duplicate accounts are not eligible. Forgot your login information? Contact us!

Please note the expiration date that appears on your receipt of purchase for class, workshop, and appointment passes.

Refund Policy

  • Should you require a refund, it will be applied to your account as a credit you can use for any future purchase.
  • If you complete a transaction prior to contacting us, any modifications that require refunds will follow this policy.
  • We do not refund purchases to credit cards. No exceptions.

Health History & Illness

  • Your health information may be necessary for certain appointments. Please be sure to fill out any forms sent to you after booking and prior to arriving at your appointment.
  • To do our part in preventing the spread of illness to others, we ask that clients do not attend services or classes when they are sick.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments

  • We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows require payment in full. If you have a gift certification, it will be considered null and void. If you have a treatment package, that treatment will be deducted.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment start time in order to enjoy your full time in session. If you are a new client, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Arrivals greater than 5 minutes after your appointment start time will receive an abbreviated service to keep the rest of the day on schedule or you may be subject to rescheduling and late cancellation fees.
  • Arriving 15 minutes late or more for your appointment is considered a no show and you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

Classes & Workshops

  • You have until 2 hours before class begins to cancel without a fee. Late cancels or no shows will automatically be charged $10.00 to the card on file or your class pass will be deducted for the visit.
  • If you are a monthly classes autopay member, we will waive your late cancellation fee twice per rolling month.
  • You have until 24 hours before a workshop begins to cancel without a fee. Late cancellations require payment in full.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes — but no more than 15 — before class to ensure you are prepared and to not disrupt other students or instructors. The front door may be locked during class. Arriving after the posted class time and/or after the door has been locked is considered a late cancel, subject to late cancellation fees.

We understand that emergencies can arise, so if circumstances are beyond your control please contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss with management.

Promotions

  • All raffles, offers, and promotions have expiration dates, are non-refundable, cannot be modified, extended, shared, transferred, or frozen for any reason.

Enjoy & Respect the Space:

Cell Phones

Clients are encouraged to “unplug” when they join a class or use a service. Cell phones should be placed on silent (not vibrate) and left outside of the class/treatment room with your other personal belongings.

Noise

We love when our clients interact with one another but we ask that you be respectful of any loud talking or other distracting noises when in the common areas.

Pets

Animals are not allowed in any JTB location, with the exception of service dogs and during designated events.

Shoes

Yoga, pilates, and barre are done in bare feet or socks. All other fitness classes require clean, indoor shoes. Kindly leave outdoor shoes in the lobby.

Props & Equipment

Please be sure to clean any used equipment or props with the provided disinfectant wipes and return them to the spot and condition of how you found them.

Age Requirements

  • Children should never be left unattended in any JTB location.
  • Children under the age of thirteen (13) are not permitted in any studio class unless specifically advertised for that age group (e.g. Mom and Me Barre) and accompanied by their parent, guardian, or caregiver. Each attendee must have their own account in MINDBODY and are charged at the regular rate.
  • With a signed waiver by a parent, guardian, or caregiver we offer massage to children. Our massages cannot be booked for less than sixty (60) minutes.
