We have three spots left in our upcoming September 2024 program. Whether you want to deepen your practice or have visions of leading group classes or private yoga clients, this is where you belong. Weaving in aspects of Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Yoga Nidra, bodywork, and more, our program has been cultivated to ensure that you will complete this registered 200-hour yoga teacher training feeling not only deeply grounded in your understanding of yoga, but secure in your unique voice as a teacher.
We are on a one weekend a month schedule for this session, and we still have scholarships available- if your heart is calling to this program, don’t miss our deadline to apply on August 15!

It’s sooooo fun!! 😱😂 While there might be some sweat and tears during the class, the community aspect is unmatched, and those endorphins post class can’t be beat! 🤌 You’ll notice that we changed the name of our Conditioning class to Functional Fitness Fusion. We are still dishing out the stuff you love, but we wanted to reinforce our perspective on this type of workout and let you know that in this class we focus on both strength and conditioning- using weights, bands, cardio, bodyweight- and whatever else our creative instructors come up with!
Here’s the class description 👇
Do you want to be able to keep up with your kids or grandkids, carry groceries in one trip, or handle yard work with ease? Join us for Functional Fitness Fusion, a 45-minute class designed to help you strengthen and tone your entire body using a variety of equipment, including weights, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight exercises. This class balances strength and cardio elements, making it perfect for building functional fitness without high impact on your joints.
This class focuses on helping you build strength and stamina for everyday activities. Whether you're a well-conditioned athlete or just getting started, our instructors will work with you to ensure you are safe, supported, and building your strongest body every time. Each instructor brings a unique approach to the class, so be sure to try them all!

This asana is commonly referred to as Bridge Pose! This pose is extremely versatile as it can be used to strengthen or to relax. 🔥 🤲🏻
Many people choose to use props while in this pose to help support the shape, aid in good form, and relax into the asana! The use of a block under the sacrum (the flat part at your low back) is a very common modification!

Turn up the heat and get juicy with your Yin Yoga practice! Yin invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props as needed to create as little effort while holding poses for a deep stretch. The room will be heated to a comfortable temperature to enhance your stretch and promote detoxification and release with every posture.
This specialty class will end with a 30–40-minute Yoga Nidra practice. Requiring no physical effort on your part, you are simply invited to listen to the voice of the facilitator and connect with your true nature- endless joy, bliss, creativity and peace. Yoga Nidra is a state of mind, or consciousness. It includes relaxation exercises, breathing practices, meditation, visualization and guided imagery. Yoga Nidra practice progressively relieves tension in the layers of the body and mind. Relaxation of each layer helps us to access the next. The result is boundless awareness with limitless possibilities.
