How do I get there?

We are conveniently located at 27 Mendon Street in downtown Uxbridge, MA nestled in the heart of the Blackstone Valley, right next to the old Bernat Mill.

If you’re coming from Rhode Island, hop on 146 North to Exit 3 and follow the Quaker Highway to South Main St/MA-122 leading to downtown. Turn right on Mendon St and we are just a few buildings down on the right!

Coming from the north? Take 146 South to Exit 6, drive round the rotary to the 3rd exit toward Douglas St/MA-16 E, turn right on North Main St, left on Mendon St and we are just a few buildings down on the right!

where do I park?

Parking will never be an issue with the spacious parking lot behind our building, shared with only a couple other local businesses such as the Sassy Fox. There are also a few on-street parking spots right in front of our building.

Our location is also easily walkable from other downtown locations — Koopman Lumber, Depot Street Cafe, the library, etc. — if you’re running other errands!

Can I get a tour?

Of course! Contact Us …our info is also in the footer of every page — send us an email, text, or give us a call and we will find a time that works best for you. We can’t wait to show you around.

Do I need an account to book?

Yes, all classes and appointments are booked under your own unique account. It is quick and easy — we only need a little bit of info to get started. Scroll to the bottom of this page to register!

After you create your account below, you can book and buy from the various pages on this website — log into your account via the link in our footer first — or directly from our MINDBODY store. You’ll also be able to manage your personal info, store a credit card for convenient checkout, modify your class reservation and appointments, review your purchase history, and more.

If you’re ever in need of assistance, send us a text, email, or call. Our front desk isn’t always staffed so although you’ll typically hear from us sooner, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. A text to 508-779-6643 is the best and quickest way to contact us!

When accessing links to our MINDBODY store on a cell phone or tablet, you may encounter a pop-up prompting you to download the MINDBODY app. You can simply click the “x” in the top-right hand corner to proceed to our online store — this is the best way to book and buy, but feel free to download the MINDBODY app if you prefer.

When should I arrive?

Our classes and services are available at morning, noon, and night, but our front desk isn’t always staffed. We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early — but no more than 15 minutes — for all classes and appointments to give ample time for getting settled and to ensure you don’t miss out if we lock the door.

For your very first class as well as your first appointment, please arrive about 10 minutes early to meet the instructor or therapist, fill out forms if you haven’t done so already — they’ll be emailed to you automatically when you book — and get a tour of the location if you’d like! 

If you arrive and the front door is locked, don’t fret, we do lock the door during some classes and sessions. There is an awning over the door to protect you from the weather (you won’t be waiting long) and if you’d like, you can send a text to 508-779-6643. 

What do I wear?

There is no right or wrong answer on what to wear to fitness and yoga classes or a massage appointment. Check out each section on our New Client page for tips on how to maximize your comfort. And don’t worry, we have hooks for jackets and trays for boots during New England’s rain, snow, and mud seasons! Thanks for helping to keep our floors clean.

What do I bring?

Just show up! See each section on our New Client page for optional items you can bring relevant to your class or appointment. We suggest leaving your cell phone in the car but if you have to bring it in please be sure it is on silent. We do not recommend bringing phones into classes. Remember, this time is for YOU and almost everything can wait.

We have bottled water for purchase as well as a refill station.

can I buy or use a gift card?

Already have a gift card and ready to book? You’ll have the option to pay with your gift card upon checkout but feel free send us a text at 508-779-6643 if you’d like assistance!

How do I book?

To book a class or appointment, or purchase a pricing pass for another person, you’ll need an account with MINDBODY. It is super quick to sign up! Just provide your name, email address, and phone number and you’re ready to go. You can Register using the form at the bottom of this page ???? or at any point using the links in our website footer.

Once you have an account, you can book and buy from the various links and buttons found throughout this website. Be sure to login using the link in the footer of this website before you begin exploring!

How do I become a member?

If you’re looking to commit to a regular movement practice, massage schedule, or nutrition coaching support, our membership options are a great choice to receive the best price and additional perks. Our memberships help you stay plugged in to the daily touchpoint you need to feel your physical, spiritual, and emotional best!

What offerings are suitable if I'm pregnant?

We offer pregnancy massage and love treating our JTB mamas!

We can accommodate any student in our fitness and yoga classes. Be sure to tell your instructor if you’re expecting so they can offer additional support and most importantly, listen to your body to scale and modify or stop when needed. We also recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any movement practice.

Are your massage products allergen free?

We have various options available to ensure we can support the unique needs of each client. We collect health information in our intake forms prior to your first appointment, however, if you have an allergy or concern, it is best to contact us in advance so that we can ensure we have a suitable alternative.
