Try A Fitness or Yoga Class
We want to help you find a way to move your body that you’ll LOVE. Something that not only feels good for your physical body, but also allows you to calm the noise in your mind, to experience more of the present moment, and to deeply nourish your soul. A regular movement practice is a great first step on your journey.
✨What class do I start with?
All of our classes welcome beginners and our instructors offer modifications for all levels — we will meet you wherever you are at! Read our class descriptions and review our class schedule to see what lights you up.
If you’re just starting out, set some goals for yourself and figure out where you’d like to focus first. Try one of our Hatha Yoga classes. Next, see what our Barre and Mat Pilates classes are all about. From there you could move to Strength and if you’re looking to get the heart pumping, try Functional Fitness Fusion, Vinyasa, or Power Yoga classes…or even one of our dance-based 305 and Buti Yoga classes. We also love to add pop-up classes to keep things fresh so reach out if you see something on the schedule and you want more info!
We even offer 1:1 sessions to provide a more comprehensive overview of the form, movement, and stances before taking a group class.
You don’t have to be flexible to try a Yoga class. No ballet experience is required for Barre. There are no reformers in our Mat Pilates classes. Strength, Functional Fitness Fusion, and 305 (dance) often seem the most intimidating but are actually the easiest to scale and review modifications.
You’ve got nothing to lose but a whole lot to gain — where will you start?
✨What do I wear?
In general, you want to wear clothing that will not restrict your movement. Think stretchy pants or shorts, and a form fitting t-shirt, tank, or sports bra. Loose clothing will bunch up and get in your way most of the time, but you do you, just show up!
All Yoga classes (including Buti) are done barefoot. Barre and Mat Pilates classes are done with bare feet or sticky socks. Any class that uses heavier weights and/or involves mainly cardio or dance (e.g., 305) require clean indoor sneakers.
You’ll want to bring your workout shoes with you and change into them once you’re inside the studio. We do not allow outdoor shoes on our studio floor.
✨What do I bring?
If you have a mat that you love, bring it! If you don’t, we have studio mats available on a first come, first serve basis, plus we sell some of our favorites. If you’re an avid yogi and have your own blanket, bolster, blocks, or belt you are welcome to bring those as well.
We have everything on hand that you need to participate in any of our classes. All you really need is the appropriate clothing and/or footwear, and an open mind.

Treat Yourself to a Massage
Research has shown that regular massage therapy can assist in lowering stress, increasing immune function, boosting mental health, manageing pain, and improving physical fitness. If you’ve been loving our fitness and yoga classes, adding massage therapy is a great next step on your wellness journey.
✨Which massage is best for me?
✨What do I wear?
First, no matter what, you’ll always be covered (draped) with a sheet and a blanket. You’ll never be left feeling exposed or chilly. When our therapists work on an arm, they will fold the sheet back and tuck it under your arm so it’s secure. (No drafts, my friends.) We follow the same protocol for the leg.
When we work on the full back, we will fold the drape down at the hips. If you’re wearing underwear we may gently tuck the sheet around the waistband, to protect your clothes from massage oil. If you’re wearing a bra, we will work around it. We know plenty of very effective massage techniques that can be administered over clothing. If we feel we can’t effectively treat your issue through the clothing you’ve chosen to wear, we will tell you, and together we’ll figure out another approach.
Please know that we don’t care what you wear, and we are not judging you. This massage is about you and it’s important you feel comfortable. For some people that means leaving some clothing on. For others, it means taking it all off. There is no right or wrong, this is your massage.
✨Is there anything else I need to know?
This time is about YOU. Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation and let everything else melt away. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you’re feeling stressed, showing up for your massage is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Let us help you feel better than when you arrived.
Explore our Nutrition Coaching
Maybe you have a consistent movement practice, are treating yourself to some much needed relaxation, and now you want to dive even deeper into your wellness journey. Our nutrition coaching options will give you the tools you need to successfully meet your fitness goals. We help you track your food and create customized macronutrient programs (fat, protein, and carbs) for your individual goals, level of fitness, and expectations.
✨How does it work?
After an initial discussion and understanding of your goals and expectations, your nutrition coach will develop a customized macro plan specific to you and your needs. You will weight, count, and log your food daily and connect with your coach weekly to review progress. You’ll also have access to a private Facebook group* with other program participants to share advice, motivation & support.
*Participation in this group is optional but highly recommended. You’ll find recipes, camaraderie, and contests and challenges to make your efforts even more fun and rewarding.
✨Do we have scheduled appointments?
We know you’re busy so we’ve designed a program that provides support and accountability without the need for in-person appointments. Our program is designed to fit into your life, not make you work around it. Each week you will receive a personalized video update from your coach specific to your daily and weekly progress.
✨Is there anything else I need to know?
This is not a diet. This is not a weight loss program. We don’t restrict what you eat. This is another step on your wellness journey. Our nutrition coaching program is designed to help you improve your relationship with food. Our clients have reported a wide range of “success stories” ranging from improved health outcomes to a change in body composition and energy levels. Give our beginner 12 week nutrition program a try and see for yourself.
