When was the last time you had a healthy relationship with food? Food is meant to fuel us and help us perform our absolute best, but there are often emotions and experiences that train us to view food as something more than that.
Our goal through nutrition coaching is to empower you to be your best self. We encourage you to make choices from a place of self-love and compassion.
We give you the tools you need to create your best body, with no secrets or strategies other than data, honesty, and accountability.
Proper nutrition is the cornerstone of wellness and when you eat the right foods, your body just feels better. Sometimes we need a little help eating right or getting a handle on our relationship with food in general, and that is where we come in.
Our professional nutrition coaches will help you develop new ideas about food as fuel to ensure that you achieve your fitness goals. We develop customized macronutrient goals for each nutrition client while teaching and encouraging proper micronutrient intake and consuming a variety of foods.
The best part is, you never have to give up foods that you absolutely love and you never have to eat foods that you hate! We believe that transformation comes from the inside out, and it all starts with proper nutrition!

We track macros-carbs, fat, and protein. (We’ll teach you all about them!) You need to use an app to track food, we suggest the MyFitnessPal Premium version which costs around $50 annually. We also use a google sheet which you are expected to spend a few minutes on every day, so we can keep track of your daily and weekly progress.
Our goal is to teach you how to love your relationship with food, not be a really good dieter. There is work and commitment involved. We don’t give out meal plans. You may eat what you want, as long as it fits into the numbers that we give you.
It’s a learning process, but it literally always works. We weigh and measure ALL of our food (not FOREVER, but for NOW).
We have an awesome Facebook group which is very active & full of advice, motivation & support. Participation in this group is optional but highly recommended. You’ll find recipes, camaraderie, and contests and challenges to make your efforts even more fun and rewarding.
Our nutrition coaching options will give you the tools you need to successfully meet your fitness goals. We help you track your food, and create customized macronutrient programs (fat, protein, and carbs) for your individual goals, level of fitness, and expectations.
You will connect with your coach remotely for a weekly check-in meeting, be added to the private Facebook group with other program participants, and will have access to loads of support from your coach.
