Good nutrition is the foundation of true wellness. When you nourish your body with the right foods, everything feels better. But sometimes, we all need a little guidance to build a healthier relationship with food, and that’s where our team steps in.
Our expert nutrition coaches work with you to rethink food as fuel, helping you reach your fitness and wellness goals with personalized macronutrient plans and a focus on balanced micronutrient intake. We emphasize variety and flexibility — meaning you never have to give up the foods you love or eat anything you dislike.

At JTB, crash diets and extreme restrictions aren’t part of the plan. There’s no “no fat, no carb, starving” here — just real, sustainable life changes. If you choose to work with us, we ask for your trust in the process, because lasting transformation takes time, patience, and commitment. And that’s exactly what we’re here to support.

The Breakdown
We focus on tracking your macros — carbs, fats, and protein — and we’ll guide you every step of the way. You’ll use a food tracking app (we recommend MyFitnessPal Premium) alongside a Google Sheet where you’ll spend a few minutes each day logging your intake. This helps us monitor your daily and weekly progress together.
Our goal is to help you build a loving, sustainable relationship with food—not just become an expert dieter. This journey requires work and commitment, but we won’t hand you rigid meal plans. You get to eat the foods you enjoy, as long as they fit within your personalized macro targets.
It’s a learning process, and it works—every time. At the start, we ask that you weigh and measure all your food to build awareness and accuracy (but don’t worry, that won’t last forever).
What You Get
You’ll receive a customized macronutrient program (carbs, protein, fats) designed to support your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Our coaching gives you the tools, structure, and support needed to build healthy habits and see lasting results.
You’ll connect with your coach each week for a personal check-in, and you’ll also have access to your coach throughout the week as questions or challenges arise—because transformation doesn’t always happen on a schedule.
While optional, you’ll also be invited to join a private online community space for extra encouragement, shared resources, and support from others in the program.
