We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is eager to grow, open to mentorship, and shares our commitment to providing outstanding client care. We are currently looking to fill our Friday and Saturday shifts, with the potential for growth into a full-time position. As you build your clientele, we’ll guarantee your agreed-upon hours with involvement in additional studio tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage services tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, including intake forms and session notes.
- Educate clients on self-care and encourage rebooking for continued progress.
- Collaborate with the team on promotions, events, and cross-referrals.
- Ensure a clean, welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
- Regularly attend individual, team, and company meetings.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Must hold and maintain State of Massachusetts Massage Therapy License and applicable insurance
- Must hold and maintain CPR certification
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail, dexterity, and flexibility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and professional workspace.
- Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship.
Supplemental Pay
In addition to your hourly rate, you’ll have opportunities to earn bonuses based on client growth and retention. You will also keep 100% of your tips. Additional benefits include an employee discount, paid sick time, and access to mentorship to help you grow in your role.
