Don’t let the names intimidate you. You don’t have to be flexible for yoga. No ballet experience required for barre. No reformers in our Pilates classes. Strength, Tabata, and 305 might sound intense—but they’re some of the easiest to scale and customize.
The truth? You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain. So… where will you begin?
✨ What do I wear?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Think stretchy pants or shorts, and a fitted tee, tank, or sports bra. Loose clothing tends to bunch up—so skip the oversized hoodie for class and save it for your post-sweat glow.

Which Massage is Right for You?
If you’re new to massage, our 75-Minute Therapeutic Massage is an excellent place to start. It blends deep tissue and relaxation techniques customized to your needs at every visit.
For more targeted relief, consider a 90-Minute Therapeutic Massage or add powerful enhancements like Himalayan Salt Stones, massage cupping, or CBD to maximize your healing.

What to Expect and What to Wear
Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. Traditionally, massage is done without clothing under the draping to allow the most effective treatment. However, many people choose to keep their underwear on, and we completely respect and understand that there are countless personal reasons for either choice. We won’t ask questions about your clothing decisions — this space is about honoring what feels best for you.
During your session, you’ll always be fully draped with a sheet and blanket—never exposed or chilly. Our therapists work carefully around your clothing and will discuss any modifications needed to ensure your treatment is as effective and comfortable as possible.
Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Whether you prefer to keep clothing on or off, this massage is all about you and what feels right.
Your Time to Relax
This is your moment to let go and be cared for. Show up for yourself, leave stress behind, and let tension melt away. Remember, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.

Maybe you already have a consistent movement practice, you’re treating yourself to some well-deserved relaxation, and now you want to dive even deeper into your wellness journey. Our nutrition coaching options provide the tools you need to confidently reach your fitness goals. We guide you in tracking your food and create customized macronutrient programs—fat, protein, and carbs—tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
✨ How does it work?
After an initial conversation to understand your goals and expectations, your nutrition coach will develop a personalized macro plan just for you. You’ll weigh, count, and log your food daily, then connect with your coach weekly to review your progress. You’ll also have access to a private Facebook group where program participants share advice, motivation, and support.
✨ Do we have scheduled appointments?
We get it—life is busy. That’s why our program is designed to support you without requiring in-person visits. Each week, you’ll receive a personalized video update from your coach, tailored to your progress and goals. This program fits into your life, not the other way around.
✨ Anything else to know?
This isn’t a diet or weight-loss program. We don’t restrict what you eat. Instead, this is about improving your relationship with food and supporting your overall wellness. Our clients have experienced everything from improved health markers to positive changes in energy and body composition.
